We have known Cindi, the owner of FLIP tours for over 12 years. She is a "one women show" and talk about personalized service. This is it. Anything you need, Cindi can arrange it. We have used her for rental cars, catamaran tours, pirate ship tours, restaurant referrals, Passion Island trips, excursions to the mainland from Playa Del Carmen to Tulum, private chefs, bar crawls, and the list goes on. Cindi is the "official or unofficial" group leader of a large group of expats who live or visit the island frequently. They have weekly outings to many different places on the island so her knowledge is immense when it comes to Cozumel.

I highly recommend Eric Perez and his company Challenge Diving. They are a family owned business (father & son) with two dive boats and a Grady White fishing boat. They are both PADI instructors. They have been diving and fishing on Isla Cozumel all their life and are very knowledgeable. I have been diving with them for over 3 years and have never had one complaint. The majority of their clients are long time repeat customers. They will take our group wherever we want to go weather permitting. Surface intervals are always a surprise with water, cake, sodas, chips and guac, and sometimes even tuna sandwiches. The dive boats are fast with shade covers and easy to get back into after a dive as the ladders are big, wide, and sturdy. They will pick you up at the Money Bar pier across from the Landmark and are very flexible on pick up times. We have taken snorkel trips and half day trips to El Cielo with them as well.
