The Landmark of Cozumel is a one of a kind oceanfront resort overlooking Dzui Ha Reef, offering some of the best beach snorkeling on the island. There you can spend time on the beach enjoying the cabanas, beach umbrellas, beach massages plus you will have access to onsite scuba diving, snorkeling and even parasailing. In addition The Landmark offers an outdoor pool, tennis courts, bar-b-ques, and a fully equipped gym.

This property offers a beachfront location with the Money Bar Restaurant right across the street offering American cuisine and it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They even have a Starbucks Coffee and offer direct delivery to our unit in case you just don't feel like going out.

The condo itself is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit that is 3548 square feet, including three balconies. It is outfitted with everything that you could possibly need for your vacation, including luxury linens. Each of the three bedrooms has a king size bed, safe, a television set up with cable and streaming services and private bathrooms with large showers.

Two of the bedrooms offer private balconies and the third bedroom is off the main balcony. This condo is perfect for families or for couples! We also live there part time so this unit is furnished with comfortable furniture and modern amenities that you would expect in your own home!
